RHG is a hospitality company focused on identifying investment opportunities in the hospitality space and providing owners with a highly experienced group of sophisticated operators. With over three decades of industry experience managing all aspects of integrated resorts, we are confident we can provide the necessary leadership to manage any asset. We are highly focused on employee culture, brand positioning and marketing efforts, financial results and strategic brand partnerships that increase asset valuation. Coupled with our comprehensive knowledge of the design and development process including construction oversight, we can provide the strategic partnership that investors are coveting.
This is showcased by our recent work with the transformation of a Las Vegas icon where we served as the asset management team with all development and construction reporting to our principals. The principals at RHG completed the $300M+ rebranding and repositioning of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino into Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, one of the largest rebranding efforts in Las Vegas history.
During the process we negotiated all operating, management, and franchise agreements, participated in the procurement of all FF&E and OS&E, provided construction management, and performed property operations as the asset manager.
We are passionate about the hospitality industry and are committed to making the process easy for our investors or clients. Our management philosophy is centered on being highly engaged with the employees and the asset financials, so we have a comprehensive understanding of the business.
