With an extensive background in complex, life-style branded resorts, we look for larger, more sophisticated hospitality projects. This approach is due to our extensive network of brand partners, hospitality professionals, and designer/contractor relationships. However, our pipeline consists of limited-service, full-service, life-style hotels, large scale resorts, and specialty food and beverage operations.  Though we review all opportunities, we focus on hospitality assets that are mismanaged or underperforming due to financial constraints or brand positioning. 

The investment strategy is centered on assets in the Western United States or opportunities in other prime markets where we can provide immediate value-add to the asset.  We conduct a thorough review of the business to determine whether the investment opportunity is worth pursuing.  If we feel the asset will drive a significant return on investment by being repositioned, managed more effectively, or rebranded we present the investment opportunity to our clients/investors.
